This reminds me of a story. Recently I was in a lift with a few other people. We stopped at one floor a gentleman who appeared very openly gay stepped in, said something like “oh, dear!” and stepped back out again. It was quite humorous for no good reason. I giggled slightly.
Another man in the lift said (in which I incorrectly presumed was a humorous voice) “Well, he’s clearly gay.”
To which, I could not help my Seinfeld quoting self, I replied “Not that there’s with anything wrong that.”
The man said:
“There bloody is! They’re everywhere! They should round them all up and keep them in Tasmania!”
All I could come up with was “Uh, actually I don’t mind ‘them’”
It was some weeks before I ventured back into that lift.
People. Fuckers.

I’m really loving living in a red state right about now…
I’m being the tolerant one.
On election day, I was wearing my Obama ‘08 Change pin. A woman at the bar came up and congratulated me for being part of the reason our Country was going to hell in the next four years...She also pointed out that Mr. President is *GASP* MUSLIM!!!
The cashier at Wal-Mart proceeded to ask me if I knew anything about the election at all…
And one of my dear friends told me that everyone that voted for Obama was an idiot and that she would be moving to...Drum Roll Please....Canada.
People are so fucking stupid.
